After setting the EPSON printer, press the “Menu” button to enter the menu setting interface, then press the “7” button, press the “9” button to enter the maintenance mode, press the “0” button to select “Partial reset”, press “Enter” and the printer will be restarted.

Partial reset will reset all printer settings, including network setting, environment setting, and other interface settings, as well as counter settings and data stored in the printer. When partial reset occurs, the LCD may display an alert message “Settings Reset To Factory Default”, indicating that the printer has been reset to factory settings.

After resetting EPSON printer, you need to re-install the relevant settings. For example, set the basic settings such as language, date and time, network settings and so on. If the EPSON printer is connected to a computer, you can also install the printer driver and configure the printer to print according to your own needs.

In addition, you also need to pay attention to the maintenance of EPSON printer equipment. The printer should be kept clean and timely maintenance should be done, normally the printer should be monitored regularly to check whether there is any problem. Especially for some parts of the printer which are easy to damage and wear, such as the print head, ink cartridges, it is necessary to replace them after a period of time, so as to ensure the printing effect of EPSON printer.
